With the aim of offering a more convenient and faster service, we encourage guests to use online check-in to speed up and simplify the procedure. Once you have made your reservation, you will receive an email the day before your arrival so that you can register yourself. The classic check-in at the counter is however active and is available at our GuestHouse located in via Calloni 2, a few steps from our apartments.

Check-in time: from 15.30 to 21.30 (from 3.30 pm to 9.30 pm)
Check-out time: by 10.30 am

Upon check in, you will receive - free of charge - the Ticino Ticket, a pass allowing you to use the public transport in total freedom throughout the region; you will also get discounts for ski lifts, boats, entrance to museums and for the access to the main tourist attractions in Canton Ticino.

At the GuestHouse Lugano Center you can always count on high-speed Wi-Fi, available 24 hours a day for free in rooms and public areas.

Guests staying at our aparthotels can have free access to the self-service laundry and ironing area in the dedicated room located on the ground floor of Guesthouse, in via Calloni 2. The service is available from 9.00 to 19 (9 am to 7 pm).

Our guests can make free use of a garage for bicycles, where they can also do basic maintenance, recharge electric bikes, and even take a shower. An external courtyard is also available for bikers to wash their bicycles; inside the GuestHouse, free self-service laundry-ironing room is available for washing clothes when returning from bike tours.

During the opening hours of the GuestHouse Reception – from 8.30 am, to 12.30 pm and from 15.30 (3.30 pm) to 21.30 (9.30 pm) – you can address to our staff for booking and printing tickets for events and shows taking place in Ticino, as well as travel or job files.

Our customers can use the taxi service (subject to fee) to and from the nearest airports, but also for other needs and travel purposes.

The GuestHouse offers a storage (available until 9 pm) where you can leave your luggage after check-out if you want to make the most of your holiday around Ticino.
